I can't think of anyone out there that wouldn't want to have healthy hormonal function, healthy cardiovascular function. To live a long time and to feel vital, that is to have a long health span as well as a long lifespan. Fitness and fitness protocols are tremendously powerful for developing all of that. However, despite there being an enormous amount of information out there on the internet and in books and elsewhere, it can be a bit overwhelming.
